DEFINING THE LIMITS —
OF SAFETY and CERTIFICATION
See the nuts and bolts of The Tandemloc Load Test
System --- able to provide testing up to 600,000 lbs. (300 tons). The facility and the
TLTS were erected simultaneously, imbedding over 50%
of this advanced system below grade.
The system uses video
recorders to document each test. Load readings feed
directly onto the recorded image. Each product is
identified and the process captured on uneditable
video.
The
Tandemloc Load Test System is Patent Pending
We design and build non-standard, heavy turnbuckles and material-handling
carts, too.
TANDEMLOC manufactures below the hook
lifting products to
ANSI B30.20 - including welding to the more stringent AWS D14.1 and
performs
Magnetic Particle Inspection of welds by
certified examiners.
